The friendly rules.

When your school signs up for SkoolRite, you agree to use it the way a kind, careful headteacher would. We agree to keep it running, look after your data, and treat you with respect. That’s the heart of it.

Everything below just spells that out a little more, so there are no surprises later.

Your school’s admin sets up an account on behalf of the whole school and invites the right people in.

• Give us truthful information when you sign up.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself, like you would house keys.
• Let us know quickly if a phone goes missing or a code feels off.

If anything happens through your account, the school is responsible for it — so it’s worth keeping the keys close.

We trust you. Here’s the tiny list of things we ask you not to do:

• Don’t upload information you don’t have permission to share.
• Don’t try to break, peek inside or copy how the app works.
• Don’t use SkoolRite to send spam, bully, mislead or harm anyone.
• Don’t try to use someone else’s account.

If something goes seriously sideways, we may need to pause an account to keep everyone safe. We’ll always tell you why.

During our pilot, SkoolRite is offered to schools on terms that we agree together in writing. When we move to general pricing, we’ll be clear about it well in advance — no quiet price changes.

• Prices are shown in your local currency where possible.
• You can cancel any time. We won’t hold your data hostage.
• If a payment fails, we’ll nudge gently and never just cut you off.

Everything you put into SkoolRite — your students, your grades, your notices — belongs to your school. Always. We just look after it for you.

You give us the small, sensible permission to store and show that content inside the apps, so it can reach the right person on the right screen.

We hope you stay forever. If you don’t, we’ll make leaving simple.

• Download your data in friendly formats.
• Give us the word and we’ll delete the rest, kindly and quickly.
• No exit fees, no awkward farewell.

We work hard to keep SkoolRite available whenever school is in session, but the internet has its moments. Sometimes a server, a partner or a network has a wobble.

When that happens, we move fast, tell you what’s going on, and put things right. We don’t promise perfection — we promise effort and honesty.

To keep things grown-up: SkoolRite is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for losses that come from how you use the app, your own decisions, or things outside our control. Where the law lets us limit liability, we will.

None of this changes any rights you have as a customer under your local law. We never want to be the people hiding behind a clause.

As SkoolRite grows, these terms might grow with it. When something meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top and let you know inside the app. If you keep using SkoolRite after a change, that means you’re happy with the new version.
